As a co-author of the book, "Marketing Research, an Integrated Approach - Solving Business Problems" Karen was interviewed about her motivation for co-writing the book. Karen said, "what excites me about research are two things. First, the research journey, where you can end up at an unknown destination. Secondly, when teaching research I love watching my students, many of which are business leaders undertake the market research journey that often begins with a lack of understanding of what is going on in stagnant or declining markets and generally ends up with understanding the contributing factors, identification of the "real problem" and "opportunities" to kickstart growth. Karen loves to demystify market research for business leaders and growth champions. Dr Miller is generous with sharing her extensive knowledge in market research.
